Our tests

Purposefully designed. Delivered by cardiovascular specialists.

What each part of a Tomorrow Health Check involves, why we include it, and which Health Checks include it.

  1. Pre-screening health assessment

Start with you, not the test.

    All Health Checks

    What is it?

A structured questionnaire you complete before your visit, covering your medical and family history, symptoms, medicines, lifestyle and exercise, and what you want to understand about your health.

    Why first?

It gives your tests context before you arrive, and lets us adapt or add to the planned assessment when your history raises a different question.

  2. Advanced blood analysis

Understand your risk, and what may be driving it.

    All Health Checks

    What is it?

A targeted blood panel that gives a clear overview of your internal health: blood count, kidney and liver function, cholesterol and how your body regulates glucose, with further markers when they are clinically useful.

    Why this approach?

To focus on meaningful, actionable information rather than a long list of results with no reason behind them. Every Health Check includes the same core panel, and you can add the Wellness, Men’s or Women’s panel.

See every marker in each blood panel

  3. Blood pressure analysis

    More than a single number.

    All Health Checks

Blood pressure is one of the most important cardiovascular risk factors you can change. We read it alongside your history, blood results, imaging and how your body responds to exercise, rather than in isolation.

  4. Medical-grade body composition

    Look beyond weight and BMI.

    All Health Checks

Measures muscle, fat, visceral fat and body water: numbers you can act on and track over time.

  5. Functional strength

Simple to measure. Useful to understand.

    All Health Checks

A quick grip-strength test is a practical marker of muscle function and physical reserve, and something tangible you can improve.

  6. Resting ECG

Your heart’s electrical activity at rest.

    All Health Checks

A baseline view of your heart’s rhythm and electrical conduction before we ask your cardiovascular system to work harder.

  7. Heart and lung exercise test (CPET) and stress ECG

A dress rehearsal for physiological stress.

    Health CheckUltimateUltimate+

    Why exercise?

When you exercise, your heart, lungs and circulation must work together to meet a rapidly rising demand. That makes exercise one of the most revealing ways to see how your cardiovascular system actually performs, not just how it looks at rest.

    What does it tell us?

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing combines ECG monitoring with breath-by-breath analysis as the effort increases. It shows your cardiorespiratory fitness (including VO2 max), your physiological reserve and how the parts of the system work together under stress.

  8. Vascular imaging and dynamic blood-flow analysis

Look for the effects of risk, not just the risk factors.

    UltimateUltimate+

    What is it?

Non-invasive ultrasound of your arteries and an assessment of blood flow, looking directly for evidence of disease or changes in your circulation.

    The important difference

Risk factors such as cholesterol, blood pressure, smoking and family history tell us what could happen. Imaging can show whether disease is already present.

  9. Echocardiography

    See the heart in motion.

    Ultimate+

An ultrasound of the heart that assesses its structure, pumping function and valves, adding a deeper view of the heart in Ultimate+. More about the echocardiogram.

  10. In-depth specialist consultation and personal plan

Before you leave, we put it all together.

    All Health Checks

Your face-to-face consultation happens after your tests, so your specialist can take you through the results in depth, answer your questions and build your personal action plan with you. Whatever we find, you leave understanding what it means, what happens next and what you can do about it.

Your Health Check

We’ve chosen the tests that matter. You choose how deeply you want to look.

Every Health Check ends with your results explained together, and a personal plan.
