Good for people who exercise, want a baseline before training harder, or want to know their fitness in clinical terms rather than a smartwatch estimate. VO2 max measures aerobic fitness; it is one part of the picture, not a diagnosis.

Which check is right for me?

Ultimate is usually the better fit, because imaging shows whether plaque has started to form in your arteries, which blood tests alone cannot. If you have symptoms now, see your GP first.
I exercise a lot and want to know my real fitness.
The Health Check measures your heart and lungs during exercise, including VO₂, and benchmarks the results for your age, rather than relying on a smartwatch estimate.
Can I spread the cost?
Tomorrow Annual continues your care after your first assessment for a monthly fee: £59, £99 or £139 a month over 24 months, depending on your programme. Ask us about payment options for the check itself.
