Our story

Built by people who have spent their careers fighting cardiovascular disease.

The same specialists design your assessment, interpret your results and sign what we publish.

Why Tomorrow exists

Useful knowledge, not a pile of unexplained results.

Tomorrow was created from a conviction that private screening should provide useful, clinically meaningful information. A long list of tests does not automatically produce a better understanding of health. Results need context, specialist interpretation and a practical route to action.

Adam Haque’s PhD with Professor Charles McCollum explored cardiopulmonary exercise testing before major surgery, and its ability to predict outcomes. It showed how information about cardiovascular fitness and physiological reserve could reveal risks that were not obvious from a resting assessment. Together with Richard Pole’s vascular science expertise, the founders saw an opportunity to bring those insights into preventative health.

The principles behind every check

  • Use tests because the information matters and can inform a decision.
  • Interpret findings together, with your history, goals and circumstances.
  • Give clear explanations and a personal plan.
  • Support lasting change and track progress over time.
  • Combine medical credibility with an approachable, optimistic experience.

Our approach

A focused health check, by design.

A good Health Check shouldn’t simply ask “is something wrong?” Detecting disease matters, but health is more than the absence of disease. We also look at how well your body functions, how it responds to demand and what your results mean for your future health.

Designed and delivered by specialists

Cardiovascular expertise, from the design of the assessment to the conversation at the end. Our tests are not a generic menu: they were chosen by clinicians and scientists who understand the diseases we are looking for, the risk factors that drive them and the measures that show how healthy you are before symptoms appear.

Dynamic testing

Resting measurements are useful, but they don’t tell the whole story. Exercise makes your heart, lungs and circulation work together under increasing demand. That lets us look for problems that may not show at rest, and measure powerful indicators of physiological reserve such as VO2 max.

We test what matters

More tests don’t always mean more answers. Coronary CT, full-body MRI, cancer screening and other investigations can be valuable for the right person, for the right reason. We start with the questions we need to answer and use the tests that can answer them, then arrange further investigation if your history or results call for it.

Why cardiovascular?

Your cardiovascular health tells us about far more than your heart.

The disease that matters.

Cardiovascular disease is the world’s biggest killer. It can develop silently over decades before leading to a heart attack, stroke, vascular dementia, aneurysm or arterial disease.

But one we can detect.

Cardiovascular disease starts long before it causes symptoms, and changes in the arteries can begin surprisingly early in life. Modern testing lets us look for evidence of disease long before it becomes a clinical event.

We look at the effects, not only the risk.

Knowing your risk factors is important. Seeing the effect they have had is even more powerful. Imaging and physiological testing show what cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, smoking and family history have actually meant for you.

And you can do something about it.

Cardiovascular disease is largely preventable, and many of the factors that drive it can be changed. Understanding them early gives you the chance to act, protecting your health and building the reserve that helps your body cope with whatever comes next.

Lifestyle where possible. Medical treatment when needed. Surgery when required.

How we publish

Nothing goes live without a clinician’s approval.

The same rule covers every article, test page and daily news response.

Brief

Each piece starts from a question people actually ask, the tests we perform and the guidance that applies in the UK. News responses start from the day’s story, linked at source.

Draft

AI produces a first draft from the brief and primary sources. We treat it as a junior writer’s draft: fast, structured and never final.

Clinical approval

A named clinician corrects every medical claim and approves the page. Their name and the review date appear on it, and it is reviewed again within 12 months.
