About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website. When you book a Health Check or another service, the terms for that service also apply. Where the two differ, the service terms take priority.
This website is run by Tomorrow Cardiovascular Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 03773485, whose registered office is Unit 7a, 29 Regent Street, Knutsford WA16 6GR.
Terms for our services

In summary, for one-off Health Checks:
- You can cancel within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason, for a full refund. If you ask us to start within that time, you pay for anything already provided.
- To cancel or move an appointment after that, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Outside the 14-day cancellation period, later changes and missed appointments incur a £150 fee, and the appointment cannot be rearranged.
- We send your report to you. We only send it to your GP or anyone else with your written authority.

Using this website
The information on this site is general and does not replace advice about your own health. If you have chest pain, breathlessness or other symptoms now, speak to your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
We work to keep prices, availability and other details accurate. If we find a mistake affecting a booking, we will contact you before going ahead.
Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to access it without permission, interfere with how it works or submit false bookings.

The words, images, film and design on this site belong to Tomorrow or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use. Please ask us before copying them for any other purpose.
We link to other websites for further reading. We are not responsible for their content.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
