How it works

  1. Start with one of our Health Checks
  2. We use your data to prescribe the right classes
  3. Train in small groups, guided by specialists

Our classes

Everything you do in here has a purpose out there.

Our classes are designed to help you move better, get stronger and feel more capable in everyday life. We focus on functional training, so every exercise has a purpose beyond the class.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your performance, our structured programme helps you build a body that’s strong, mobile and resilient. Each class is adapted to the people in the room, and your coach adjusts the intensity to you.

Restore, Build, Challenge

Three pillars, six classes.

Your data helps you choose your classes from our three core pillars. Together they balance your training, so you recover, build and push in the right measure.

Restore

Recover, mobilise & rebalance

Bounce & Barre

Low impact, high tone, lymphatic flow.

Rebounding meets barre: circulation, posture and light, functional toning that leaves you reset.

More about this class

A blend of rebounding and barre-inspired training, unlike anything else around. It combines the controlled precision of barre with the low-impact bounce of rebound training, to get your circulation and lymphatic flow going, improve posture and build lean, functional strength. Movement is small, intentional and highly effective, working your deep stabilisers, balance and rhythm.

Expect: better circulation and postural awareness, full-body toning and a refreshed nervous system.

Equipment: rebounder (mini trampoline), barre, light dumbbells, mats and bands.

Move Better

Refine the way your body moves.

A slower, considered class for mobility, control and foundational strength, with purpose in every movement.

More about this class

Designed to restore balance, improve mobility and build strength with precision. Each session focuses on alignment, control and quality of movement, through guided sequences such as controlled squats, hip mobility flows, deep core work and breath-led stability exercises, so you feel more open, capable and at ease in your body.

Expect: a calm, focused environment where every movement has purpose.

Equipment: mats, dumbbells, bands and mini balls.

Build

Strength with intention

Core & Carry

Strong core. Better posture. Resilient body.

Deep stability and anti-rotation work with loaded carries that support how you move all day.

More about this class

A refined approach to core training that goes far beyond the surface. It develops deep stability, postural strength and control, supporting how you stand, move and perform in everyday life. Sessions include anti-rotation work such as Pallof presses and side planks, and a variety of loaded carries that challenge your balance and coordination.

Expect: subtle intensity, improved posture and a stronger, more supported body.

Equipment: mats, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, ski and rowing machines.

Real World Strength

Train for real life, not just the gym.

Lifting, carrying and stepping. A practical, empowering full-body strength class with expert coaching.

More about this class

Strength training with intention, building a body that’s not only strong but capable and resilient. Sessions centre on natural movement patterns like lifting, carrying and stepping, with dumbbells, kettlebells and sandbags: farmer carries, deadlifts, step-ups and other loaded movements that challenge your strength in a practical way.

Expect: progressive training, expert coaching and a quiet confidence in your physical ability.

Equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, plyo box, ski and rowing machines.

Challenge

Raise your ceiling

Athletic Conditioning

Move faster, feel fitter, train like an athlete.

Structured intervals of speed, agility and low-impact plyometrics. An energising, empowering session.

More about this class

A dynamic, high-energy class that improves speed, agility and overall fitness while keeping control and quality. You’ll move through carefully structured intervals of speed work, low-impact plyometrics and agility drills, such as acceleration and reactivity drills, medicine ball slams and controlled jumps, all coached with attention to technique.

Expect: an energising session that leaves you feeling strong, capable and accomplished.

Equipment: plyo box, medicine balls, bands, mats, ski and rowing machines.

GRAFT

Strength under pressure. Functional grit.

Compound lifts, loaded carries and structured fatigue to build raw power, resilience and work capacity.

More about this class

Our hardest class: a high-intensity functional strength session built around compound movements, loaded carries and structured fatigue. You’ll lift, carry, push and move under load with minimal rest, challenging your strength and conditioning at the same time. This is training for when things get uncomfortable, physically and mentally.

Expect: grit, fatigue resistance, mental toughness and full-body strength under pressure.

Equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, rowing and ski machines, plyo box and bands.

Your Functional Movement Score

Your movement baseline, across ten areas.

You score each area from 1 to 10: 1 means you are really struggling, 10 means you move confidently and without limitation. It shows your starting point and the areas to focus on, and we reassess at key points in your journey to track your progress and celebrate your improvements.

  1. Posture & alignmentHow well do you maintain good posture and alignment?
  2. MobilityHow good is your range of motion?
