So you’ve had the results of your Tomorrow Health Check. Now what?
A Health Check gives you a clear, accurate snapshot of your health today, but it’s the steps you take next that make the difference.
Up to 90%. Heart and cardiovascular disease is the world’s leading killer, yet up to 90% of cases could be prevented through healthier lifestyle choices.
What is the Tomorrow Method?
The Tomorrow Method is Tomorrow’s six-month Precision 1:1 Coaching Plan. It turns your Health Check results into action.
“This personalised coaching experience takes a fully holistic approach, to support your long-term health, energy, performance and overall wellbeing, all based on the results of your Health Check,” says Louise Carter, Dietitian and Wellness Coach at Tomorrow Wellness.
How does the coaching work?
During the first 12 weeks you’ll meet your coach regularly to establish your new routine and habits. We suggest meeting weekly, but meetings fit around your schedule. After that, meetings become less frequent, so you can put your habits into practice while still having your coach’s guidance and support.
Expect improvements in your energy, body composition, fitness, strength, sleep, stress resilience, confidence and consistency with healthy habits. The goal is for you to develop the knowledge, tools and confidence to maintain these results on your own in the long term.

What does the plan include?
Armed with your Health Check results, you’ll have an in-depth consultation about your current health, lifestyle, goals, habits and any challenges affecting your wellbeing, such as a stressful job or family life, illness or injury.
“Along with your blood results and recommendations from the doctor’s report, we create a highly personalised strategy tailored specifically to you,” says Louise.
- Food. Practical, easy-to-follow nutrition advice to improve your energy and support your health goals and recovery.
- Exercise. Movement and exercise recommendations tailored to your experience, goals, lifestyle and preferences. “You don’t have to ditch your current exercise routine; our suggestions simply help to support it,” says Louise.
- Sleep and stress. “Throughout the programme we work on improving your sleep quality, stress resilience, nervous system regulation and recovery strategies so you can support both your physical and mental wellbeing,” says Louise. If you use a smartwatch or wearable, its data helps track your progress.
- Mental health. Support for your mind, helping you build the motivation, routines and confidence to stay on track. Your mindset plays a huge part in your health.
How is progress measured?
There’s no point making changes if you don’t know whether they’re working. The Tomorrow Method tracks improvements on the outside and the inside:
- comprehensive blood tests at three months and six months;
- a body composition analysis every two weeks, tracking markers such as body fat and muscle mass;
- ongoing progress reviews and changes to your strategy.
