Before you arrive, you’re sent a detailed heart and cardiovascular questionnaire to complete. This looks at your current physical activity, nutrition, medical and family history, sleep and mental health. This enables us to provide the most relevant and helpful advice. It is also an opportunity for you to tell us about any specific concerns you might have.

Dependent on your package you will be sent or given a Blood Pressure machine. High blood pressure is one of the most common major risk factors for cardiovascular disease. A one-off measurement (especially just prior to medical testing) isn’t particularly useful, so we have provided you with a blood pressure diary to fill in at your convenience.

We conduct a comprehensive blood analysis that can be customised for both men and women. This analysis includes over 30 different tests on your blood sample, covering areas such as a full blood count, cholesterol profile, urea and electrolytes, and glycated haemoglobin. Our goal is to identify any underlying signs of cardiovascular disease, such as high cholesterol and diabetes. We offer Men and Women’s specific blood tests too.

During a 45-minute appointment, one of our specialist doctors will review your results with you in detail. Together, we will develop a personalised, evidence-based action plan to enhance your cardiovascular health and manage any risk factors. This plan includes specific guidance on necessary medical treatments.
