What happens during a Health Check?
A three-stage advanced testing experience, delivered by your specialist team, to give you the most comprehensive view of your heart, metabolic and cardiovascular health. Same-day live feedback and results, for immediate reassurance, confidence and direction.
Step 1 · Tomorrow Coach
Building on your pre-appointment questionnaire, your Tomorrow Coach measures your muscle, fat, body water and weight, as well as your functional strength.
Step 2 · Tomorrow Scientist
Our Tomorrow scientists help you choose the advanced blood panel best suited to you and, in Ultimate and Ultimate+, assess your circulation with real-time artery imaging and blood-flow analysis.
Step 3 · Tomorrow Doctor
You meet your specialist Tomorrow doctor, who uses gold-standard testing to assess how well your heart and lungs work at rest and, from the Health Check up, when you exercise. They finish with a detailed consultation on all your results and a clear plan aligned to your goals.

Your Health Check is delivered and interpreted by our specialist doctors, vascular scientists and coaches, the same team who design the assessment.
Questions
It depends on what you want to know. Insight (£299) includes a resting ECG and the key blood markers for heart health. The Health Check (£799) adds a heart and lung exercise test and an ECG while you exercise. Ultimate (£1,299), our signature check, adds imaging of your major arteries, and Ultimate+ (£1,799) adds an echocardiogram and cardiology review. Every Health Check includes a health and risk assessment, a specialist consultation, medical-grade body composition, blood pressure analysis, a resting ECG, advanced blood analysis, a functional strength test and a personal plan with a written report. The Health Check adds a heart and lung exercise test (CPET) with VO2 max and a stress ECG. Ultimate adds comprehensive imaging of your major arteries and blood-flow analysis. Ultimate+ adds an echocardiogram and cardiology review.
Insight costs £299, the Health Check £799, Ultimate £1,299 and Ultimate+ £1,799, each for a single visit. An echocardiogram on its own, with a consultation about your results, costs £699. You can also turn your Health Check into an annual Health Check with Tomorrow Annual, from £59 a month over a minimum 24-month term.
Yes. A specialist echocardiogram with a conversation about your results costs £699. It shows the heart’s structure, valves and pumping strength, and uses no radiation.
No. You can book any Tomorrow Health Check yourself. If a result needs follow-up, your specialist explains what it means and, with your permission, writes to your GP.
Insight takes about 45 minutes, the Health Check about 1.5 hours, Ultimate about 2 hours and Ultimate+ about 2.5 hours. Everything happens in one visit.
On the day. Your specialist takes you through your results during your visit, so you leave knowing what they mean and what to do next. You also receive a personal plan and a written report.
